Laura Klipp, "Klippy", started her conventional baking career as a pastry chef in restaurants and eventually was on the founding team of bakers of Short Cake LA. After a long battle with health issues and finding out she needed to adhere to a strict gluten-free diet, she began Gluten Free Klippy's in 2013.
She began making her amazing cookies and cookie dough to sell at farmer's markets, and eventually introduced bake-from-frozen cookie dough into grocery stores all over the bay area. All of Klippy's products are made with love in San Francisco in a dedicated gluten-free and nut-free baking facility.
With the goal of giving everyone, including people with Celiac Disease and other food sensitivities, the opportunity to indulge in gourmet cookies, Klippy's offers individually packaged gluten-free, vegan cookies.
